An Affiliate Membership provides an opportunity for businesses and organizations that support Eureka Main Street to connect, collaborate, and contribute to the continued success of Downtown and Old Town Eureka, and the Eureka Cultural Arts District.

All Affiliate Membership levels receive the same valuable benefits, including marketing opportunities, networking, member communications, business connections, and opportunities to participate in community events and initiatives. Membership options are based on your business location and affiliation with Eureka Main Street—not the benefits you receive.

Whether your business operates within the Eureka Main Street district, serves the Eureka community outside of the district, or is located elsewhere in Humboldt County, your membership helps strengthen our mission to preserve, promote, and enhance Eureka’s historic commercial districts.

Business Affiliate Membership

$40/annually

For those that pay rent in Main Street, but their business license is outside of Main Street district.

Organizational Affiliate Membership

For businesses located within Eureka City limits.

$80/annually

For businesses within Humboldt.

$120/annually

Complete and submit your application, and once it has been reviewed and approved, you'll receive a secure payment link to finalize your membership.

  • Most applications are reviewed within a few business days. We'll contact you if we need any additional information.

  • No. Affiliate Membership is specifically designed for those who are outside the district but want to stay connected and support the work of Eureka Main Street.

  • Your membership helps fund beautification projects, community events, business support programs, economic development initiatives, and the ongoing work of Eureka Main Street to create a vibrant and welcoming downtown.

  • Yes! Affiliate Members are encouraged to participate in eligible Eureka Main Street events, sponsorship opportunities, networking events, and volunteer activities when applicable.

  • No. Affiliate Membership does not include eligibility to serve on the Eureka Main Street Board of Directors.

  • Your benefits begin once your application has been approved and your membership payment has been received.

  • Affiliate Membership is valid for one year from the date your membership begins and can be renewed annually.
